In this episode of MetCast, we talk about the issues of going through complex fertility journeys at work.

There are 3.5 million people in the UK facing fertility issues, whether that be infertility, going through fertility treatments, or experiencing miscarriage. Researchers in the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity are looking into the experiences of those going through these journeys in the workplace, in order to find out more and fill a gap in knowledge around fertility and help organisations better support employees going through these challenging journeys.

We speak to Dr Krystal Wilkinson, a senior lecturer in human resource management at Manchester Metropolitan University, who is part of the research team.
